Have a common issue?

Problem: I’m unable to scan Wi-Fi networks.

Fix: First, move your miner as close to your Wi-Fi router as possible, as long as it is still maintaining a good view of the sky. If you’ve already done that, try using Ethernet for establishing your internet connection.

Problem: I’m being asked to pay Data Credits (DC) to add a Hotspot.

Fix: When this happens, we recommend leaving the screen and returning five minutes later when the device has had time to reboot and connect to the servers again. If you continue to see this message, reach out to Helium support at support@helium.com.
