Dear Hosts,
This is an important announcement for all Emrit CoolSpot hosts.
As previously communicated, effective March 2025, Emrit ceased all Helium mining operations. Emrit allocated 100% of all mining rewards generated after that date to the respective hosts. Emrit also transferred blockchain ownership of CoolSpots that were active and earning as of March 2025 to those hosts. Following these transfers, Emrit has not conducted, and will not conduct, any mining operations. For the remaining non-qualifying devices, Emrit will not be taking any further actions.
Because mining operations are stopped, going forward Emrit will not be processing any ownership transfer, location or wallet update requests and, subsequently, it will be shutting down the web application hosted at https://app.emrit.io/, and any other related web or mobile applications. No technical, operational, customer service, or administrative support will be provided for any CoolSpots, whether active or inactive, transferred or not transferred.
With the cessation of all mining activities, the shutdown of Emrit’s applications, and the completion of applicable blockchain ownership transfers, Emrit’s involvement with CoolSpot hosting has ended.
We appreciate all the Hosts who have kept the CoolSpots active throughout all these years. With the completion of the blockchain ownership transfers, Emrit reciprocates this gratitude to all Hosts.
